Here are what the readers think about Chapter 11 Business Reorganizations
Great resource for the business professional suddenly dealing with a Chapter 11 bankruptcy
Without a doubt having to deal with a Chapter 11 reorganization by a customer or business partner is one of the most daunting and difficult tasks a business person can face. Suddenly faced with new concepts, professional jargon, and counter-intuitive ideas like the “automatic stay” or “preference claims” its easy to make a costly and irreversible mistake. Having your lawyer explain things to you carefully isn’t a great option either; not these days when a skilled insolvency practitioner might charge $800 an hour or more for her time. This book does an excellent job of breaking down the basic concepts in a easy to understand manner, in a short form that can be easily absorbed. The book certainly isn’t intended as a desktop reference, but for the business person suddenly faced with an insolvency situation, this book can be a lifesaver.

I absolutely recommend your book as a must read.
There are so many books written on this topic, but few are done at this level and clarity. In my mortgage practice I interact with many that have had a bankruptcy in their history, they should have read your book. Once someone reads your book it will be much easier for them to to understand the process and know what will be happening.
I absolutely recommend your book as a must read, before taking steps that might not be in someones best interest.

A perfect bankruptcy reference
Mr. Alderman has done a superb job covering the most important aspects of Chapter 11 reorganization. The book is a valuable guide for any business professional interested in following the corporate bankruptcy process. As the Director of Bankruptcy Services for a national consulting firm, I regularly train accountants on bankruptcy issues, and I have found this book to be a perfect resource for that effort.
